Robert postpones his arrival to Bastion Square Market until May 3rd.

The daffodils are out in Victoria but it’s still too cold, windy and rainy for either Robert or the tourists. Thus he is not planning to attend Bastion Square until May 3rd (the official opening this year) … unless it miraculously warms up soon! We’ll keep you posted

April 20/21 - Robert changed his mind when the sun came out and it warmed up for two remarkable days. He’s hoping the weatherman is right and April 27/28 will also be warm enough.

Summer Markets begin in April

Yes, despite the still-wintery weather in many areas of North America, Robert is happy to hear that he can start selling books again at Bastion Square Market in April. The season does not officially begin until May 3rd but we’re keeping our fingers crossed that this rainy/windy weather that we are having in the Canadian Pacific Northwest will go away in another month!!!

Update: March 28th, 2012 - The weather is still cold and Robert is not planning to be at Bastion Square until May 3rd. (see new post)
